Representatives from UK based handheld developer Mobius Entertainment have announced that the company has acquired nearby handheld specialist Spellbound.
Both companies are members of the ‘Game Republic’ group of developers based in Northern England, with Mobius MD Gordon Hall suggesting that a desire to gear up for PSP development was primarily responsible for the acquisition.
