Japan's Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association (CESA) announced that legendary game designer Shigeru Miyamoto will deliver a keynote at Japanese developer conference CEDEC 2008.
Scheduled to take place September 9 - 11 at Tokyo's Show Women's College, CEDEC 2008 (CESA Developers Conference) offers developer talks, as well as presentations on game tools and middleware.
For his keynote titled "From Where Should We Make Games?," Miyamoto will cover the development of
Wii Music, his thoughts on game production and universal design, and small issues that often appear while working on a project.
Miyamoto demonstrated and formally announced
Wii Music at Nintendo's E3 Media & Business Summit press event this year. Due for the 2008 holiday season, the game will allow players to play a variety of instruments, such as piano, violin, guitar, drums, taiko drum, and saxophone.
