Publisher Majesco has announced Marker Man Adventures, a new DS puzzler from Youngstown, Ohio based developer Glyphic Entertainment centered on drawing and physics challenges as players guide Marker Man to his lost Doodle Dog. Though its central theme of drawing lines, circles, boxes, and triangles to manipulate its world sounds similar to the IGF winning Crayon Physics, the game's scrolling world and central character bring to mind similar PC downloadable Marker World. Majesco makes no mention of either in its press release, but promises the game will see gamers "use logic and can collect power-ups to help solve intricate themed puzzles set in underwater, outer space and ice environments, among others." The game, due for release this holiday season in North America, will also feature three difficulty levels and hidden areas within each levels with "unique surprises," says Majesco.
