Live Gamer, a microtransaction solutions provider, has partnered with European advertising offer network SponsorPay to integrate the latter's international ads into its platform.
New York City-headquartered Live Gamer offers microtransaction services (e.g. catalog management, storefronts) for online games and social networks. The firm's tech has been adopted by publishers like Electronic Arts, Sony Online Entertainment, THQ, and many others, supporting 83 million users in 23 countries.
SponsorPay specializes in ad offers allowing users to earn virtual currency for free by signing up for services, completing surveys, and engaging with brands. Its advertising network includes companies like Procter & Gamble, AT&T, and Skype. That network reaches over 120 million customers across more than 100 countries.
Live Gamers says that with this new deal, its platform can provide more localized ads for its international users. The deal is also meant to enable SponsorPay's advertising partners to reach new audiences that play Live Gamer-supported titles.
"We chose to work with SponsorPay because they provide a localized monetization strategy for our international users," says Live Gamer's Corporate Development VP Nima Pourshasb. "With this new partnership, Live Gamer further cements its position as a premier comprehensive platform for virtual economy management."
