The US PC games chart for November shows a disappointing number of new entries and the continued dominance of previously released titles and their expansion packs. Indeed, it proves how stagnant the PC market has become when the latest weekly detail has the top two placed titles remaining the same for the week ended December 13 – making it likely that The Sims: Makin’ Magic will remain the Christmas number one in the US. Publishers and developers will no doubt be hoping that the release of blockbuster titles Half-Life 2 and Doom 3 next year will help to left the entire PC game market in 2004.
