Austrian game publisher JoWooD Productions Software AG announced the takeover of Ravensburger Interactive Media GmbH, the game publishing subsidiary of German games manufacturer Ravensburger.
According to the terms of the deal, JoWooD will control of the titles currently under development by Ravensburger Interactive, including nine games for PC and console platforms to be published in 2002 and 2003.
