An article in famed Japanese consumer magazine Famitsu has questioned a number of leading Japanese developers, concerning their support for the PlayStation Portable (PSP). Koei, Sega, Namco, Capcom and Konami all plan to have a title available for or near launch. Only Square Enix showed any kind of negative response, commenting only that they were still evaluating the platform and had not yet started any work on software for it. Also of interest in the article is that the console was described as being ready for a December launch, not November – as previously indicated by Sony Europe’s Chris Deering.
