Representatives from mobile publisher JAMDAT have announced intentions to float the company on the NASDAQ stock market, with an initial public offering of $86 million. However, the company has not yet announced details of how many shares will be offered or what the initial share price will be.
For 2003, JAMDAT recorded a loss of $7.1 million on revenues of $13.5 million. In the three months to March 31st, however, it recorded a profit of $738,000 on revenues of $7 million. The company expects these results to improve further as the year continues.
