Shortly after Fargo's resignation from both positions in late January, a Interplay company filing revealed that the struggling publisher was considering filing a suit against him for allegedly soliciting Interplay employees.
While neither side revealed the nature of the settlement, Fargo did express relief. "I feel a true sense of accomplishment that we have been able to settle these issues and I am able to move on with my life and my work," noted Fargo.
