Publishers Interplay and Vivendi Universal Games have reached a settlement in the lawsuit concerning the two companies’ distribution agreement in North America and Asia-Pacific. Interplay lawyers had alleged that Vivendi had refused to pay monies due from the release of title Lionheart and attempted to terminate the agreement. However, the two companies have now reached an understanding that will see Vivendi retain distribution rights for Interplay titles until August 2005.
