The 3rd annual IGDA Student Scholarship Program presented by IGDA's Education Committee was announced today. Twenty-five college students will be awarded complimentary full access passes to the Game Developers Conference, which is being held March 6-8, 2003 in San Jose. The deadline to enter is Monday, January 7, 2003
