The 2005 Indie Games Conference, to be held from October 7-9 in Eugene, Oregon, has begun taking registration. The convention, hosted by Internet games publishing outfit GarageGames, will meet at the Mallard Banquet Hall. Few specific speakers or sessions have been announced at the conference website, but several activities are listed as draws to attend the small-developer-centric conference. In addition to the yet to be confirmed keynote speeches, attendees will be able to join themed breakout discussions, display their work -- both complete and works-in-progress -- at the Show-Off Center, and vote on the IGC Player's Choice Awards. Online registration for the event will be available soon, and pricing details have already been posted. Directions to the event have also been posted, for those planning to attend from out of town.
