The Third Annual Independent Games Festival is gearing up. Games and applications for the first round of festival judging are due in by September 1, 2000. Winners will be announced at the IGF Awards ceremony at the 2001 Game Developers Conference in San Jose on March 23, 2001. The Festival is coordinated by the CMP Game Media Group, parent organization of both the Game Developers Conference and Gamasutra.com.
