Attorneys from Rockstar Games have confirmed that a lawsuit proclaiming Grand Theft Auto: Vice City as "dangerous to society" has been moved to the federal court. Haitian civil rights groups filed the lawsuit on December 23rd, complaining against the line of dialogue "kill the Haitians" in the now thirteen-month-old game. The groups are demanding that the title be removed from store shelves and have asked for more than $15,000 in damages. The lawsuit also names parent company Take-Two, Sony, Microsoft and retailers Target, Wal-Mart and Best Buy.
