GDC 2003 Registration Launches, New Mobile Event Announced

The Gama Network announced the the opening of registration for the Game Developers Conference, which will be held in San Jose, CA from March 4-8, 2003.
The preliminary conference schedule is available on the relaunched GDC web site, and conference classes will continue to be added over the coming months. The Gama Network also announced a new two-day conference focusing on the development and business aspects of mobile games, called GDC Mobile. The GDC Mobile will also take place in San Jose on March 4-5, running concurrently with the main GDC. Two keynote addresses were announced for GDC Mobile: Takeshi Natsuno, Executive VP of NTT DoCoMo I-mode, and Ikka Raiskinen, Senior Vice President of Media & Entertainment at Nokia. Early registration prices for both the GDC and GDC Mobile are currently in effect. Discounted prices end on February 5th, 2003. The Game Developers Conference is produced by the Gama Network, which also produces this site.
