Organizers of the GC Asia convention have announced new dates for the 2010 event, set to take place September 8-12 in Singapore.
This year, the five-day event will dedicate its first conference day, September 8, to the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences' D.I.C.E. Summit Asia, with the GCA Conference itself following until the 10th.
Alongside the first three days, Business and Matchmaking events will be open, and a two-day international exhibition of games, hardware and accessories -- open to the public -- follows the conference from September 10-12.
"This year's success of the symbiosis between the D.I.C.E. Summit Asia and the GCA Conference has proven to us that a developer conference is not just wanted, but also needed in the Asia-Pacific region," says LMI Asia managing director Jorg Zeissig.
"The Academy is thrilled to continue its partnership with LMI Asia for D.I.C.E. Summit Asia in 2010. We look forward to having our leading game-makers participate in a forum that reflects the dynamic nature of interactive entertainment from the Asia-Pacific region," said Joseph Olin, President of the AIAS.
Organizers say the 2009 conference played host to over 650 delegates, while 102,500 attendees visited the exhibition hall.
