This week's top rental charts from U.S. game rental company GameFly, representing the most requested games for the week ending September 21st, highlight both to-be-released and already released games in a unique demand-specific chart. The highly anticipated Halo 3 dominates the overall charts again this week, while EA's Skate rises from the fourth to the second spot in the week following release. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare sticks in the third position for a second week, while Stranglehold slips into fourth, keeping Medal of Honor: Airborne in the fifth position for a second week. What follows is a breakdown of the top titles requested by GameFly subscribers across each of the major platforms: Xbox 360 1. Halo 3 (Microsoft), 2. Skate (EA), 3. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Activision), 4. Stranglehold (Midway), 5. Medal of Honor: Airborne (EA) Once again, the top five requests among Xbox 360 titles is a mirror image of the top five all-platform requests, reflecting the same movement. Nintendo Wii 1. Victorious Boxers: Revolution (Xseed), 2. MySims (EA), 3. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (Nintendo), 4. Carnival Games (Globalstar), 5. Donkey Kong Barrel Blast (Nintendo) After six weeks in the top spot, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption slips to the third spot in the Wii charts, while Carnival Games and MySims hold steady over last week in second and fourth, respectively. Mario Strikers Charged and Dragon Blade: Wrath of Fire fall out of the top 5 this week, as Xseed's Victorious Boxers: Revolution rockets to first position, with Donkey Kong Barrel Blast bringing up the rear in fifth. PlayStation 3 1. Heavenly Sword (Sony), 2. Skate (EA), 3. Warhawk (Sony), 4. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Activision) 5. Lair (Sony) The top three spots among PS3 requests reads like a repeat of last week, with Heavenly Sword, Skate and Warhawk taking the top three in the same order and marking fiery-haired Nariko's third week in a row at number one. Lair continues its downward slide into the fifth position after spending last week in the fourth spot, where Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare now takes its place. PlayStation 2 1. Jackass: The Game (Red Mile) 2. God of War II (Sony), 3. Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror (Sony), 4. Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights (THQ), 5. Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles (Namco) One week ahead of its release, Jackass: The Game takes the top spot, displacing God of War II into second position. Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror sticks in the third spot for the second week in a row, while last week's fourth spot-holder, Stuntman: Ignition falls out of the top five to be replaced by another THQ title, Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights. Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles, which has stayed in the top five in various positions for several weeks, moves into the fifth spot after spending last week in the second position. Xbox 1. Halo 2 (Microsoft), 2. Madden NFL '08 (EA) 3. Halo (Microsoft), 4. Ninja Gaiden Black (Tecmo), 5. Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords (Vivendi) Halo 2 is number one for the third week in a row, with its predecessor again in the third spot as the anticipated third installment releases on next-gen consoles. Ninja Gaiden Black slips from the second into the fourth spot, trading places with Madden NFL '08 who held that spot last week. Finally, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords returns to the top five after getting bumped out of contention last week, nudging Scarface: The World is Yours back out of the top five. GameCube 1. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Nintendo) 2. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (Nintendo), 3. Super Smash Bros. Melee (Nintendo), 4. Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (Nintendo) 5. Resident Evil (Capcom) The top three among GameCube requests are the same titles in the same positions as the week prior; Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem enters the top five, bumping out Super Mario Sunshine, and the classic Resident Evil, likely on the heels of the franchise film release, appears this week in the fifth spot in place of last week's fifth-placer Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition. Nintendo DS 1. The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (Nintendo), 2. Drawn to Life (THQ) 3.MySims (EA) 4 Sonic Rush Adventure (Sega) 5. Jam Sessions (Ubisoft) It's the fourth week at number one for the upcoming Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, and Drawn to Life spends its second week at number two. The DS version of MySims enters the top five in the third spot, and Jam Sessions slips from the third to the fifth position, while Sonic Rush Adventure breaks in at number four. This movement displaces both DK: Jungle Climber Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day from the top five, after they spent last week in the fourth and fifth spots respectively. Game Boy Advance 1. Pokemon: Emerald (Nintendo), 2. Pokemon: Fire Red (Nintendo), 3. Pokemon: Sapphire (Nintendo), 4. Pokemon: Ruby(Nintendo), 5. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (Square Enix). While last week showed an interruption in the Pokemon dominance of the Game Boy Advance top five, things settle back into the familiar again this week, with the exception of Final Fantasy Tactics Advance in the fifth spot. Usually the fan favorite, Pokemon: Emerald returns to the first position this week after slipping to second last week in favor of Fire Red, which returns to position two. With Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap leaving the top five this week after spending last week in third, Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby take one step up each to third and fourth, respectively. PlayStation Portable 1. Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron (LucasArts), 2. Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions (Square Enix), 3. Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow (Sony), 4. Jeanne D'Arc (Capcom) 5. Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes (Namco) Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions and Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron swap the first and second positions over last week. Monster Hunter Freedom 2 spent last week in the fourth spot after a stint in first, and now falls out of the top five entirely as Jeanne D'Arc takes its place, stepping down from third. New in the third spot this week is Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow, while Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes is in the fifth spot for its second week.
