NDL officials say Gamebryo 1.2—a cross-platform 3D graphics engine and tool set—will ship in October.
Company literature claims the animation tool has been completely re-written to take advantage of the new capabilities in the engine.
New titles that will use Gamebryo are Sid Meier's Pirates!, Empire Earth 2, Playboy: The Mansion, and Kohan II: Kings of War.
