The Guildhall at SMU has added industry veteran Ed Magnin to its full-time faculty as a professor of game studies. Magnin has worked on titles including Apple IIgs versions of Rocket Ranger and Pirates! and for the last ten years has run Game Boy developer Magnin & Associates.
