EA and Nintendo Drop Yahoo Piracy Suit

Yahoo has entered into an agreement with Nintendo and Electronic Arts to stamp out illegal game sales on Yahoo’s auction and classified sites, effectively ending pending legal action against the site.
The companies will work together to block the sale of counterfeit software and to measure the effectiveness of Yahoo’s proprietary filtering systems. As part of the agreement, Nintendo and EA will dismiss, with prejudice, the copyright infringement suit currently pending against Yahoo.
