Game publisher and developer LucasArts has confirmed its new line-up of titles for E3 2006, including known titles including Indiana Jones 2007, Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, and Star Wars Empire at War: Forces of Corruption alongside completely new intellectual properties such as Thrillville and Traxion. The line-up is headlined by Indiana Jones 2007 (working title", featuring an "epic, original story - written for the first time under the direction of George Lucas". It is LucasArts' first internally developed project for PS3 and Xbox 360, and it also represents the first collaboration of talents and technology between LucasArts and Industrial Light & Magic, two companies now working under one roof at the new Letterman Digital Arts Center in San Francisco's Presidio district. The previously mentioned Lego Star Wars II will launch alongside the original versions of the Star Wars Trilogy on DVD, and "takes the fun and endless customization ability of the Lego play pattern and combines it with the epic story, characters and action from the revolutionary Star Wars: Episodes IV, V and VI." In addition, the Empire At War RTS expansion for PC allows players to "take command of and confront new fighting units for all factions (Rebel B-wings, Imperial TIE interceptors, Darth Vader's Executor Super Star Destroyer and more), and take down anyone who stands in your way of ruling the Underworld, be they new battlefield heroes like Luke Skywalker and Yoda or the forces of your most bitter rival - Jabba." The two brand new IP titles are the Frontier-developed Thrillville for PS2, Xbox, and PSP, from the developers of Rollercoaster Tycoon 3, which "lets you experience a fully interactive and customizable amusement park where you can play dozens of midway minigames, interact with your park guests, and even build and ride roller coasters and over 100 attractions." In addition, Traxion for PSP, developed by Kuju Entertainment (Battalion Wars) is "loaded with dozens of minigames and a variety of music from leading artists - and fully compatible with every MP3 file on your memory stick", and apparently combines rhythm action with mini-games in a compelling manner. All of these titles are viewable on LucasArts' E3 booth from tomorrow.
