3Com Corporation has reported that the Walt Disney Company has filed suit against it in Los Angeles County court alleging breach of contract. The suit, filed on behalf of Disney game division Disney Interactive, accuses 3Com of breaking a contract to bundle Disney developed video products with 3Com modems. Disney is seeking in excess of $15 million in damages. 3Com promises to vigorously defend itself. Disney has not commented on the legal action, and a trial date has not been set.
