Digital Illusions put down $3.2 million in cash and another half million dollars in stocks to secure the deal. The new company will be approximately 150 strong, and are scheduled to release eight games between the two studios in 2001 for PC, Playstation 1, Playstation 2, Xbox, Game Boy, and Game Boy Advance.
