According to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, mobile developer Digital Chocolate has raised $13 million in new funds by issuing shares of Series B convertible preferred stock to 23 investors.
This is the third time that the company has issued shares, with $8.4 million raised in December 2003.
The company was founded by Electronic Arts and 3DO founder Trip Hawkins.
