Audio plug-in developer Crysonic has now released the spectralive VST plug-in for post-production audio enhancement. According to the creators, the Spectralive process is a "proprietary approach for imparting vitality, improving dynamics and adding warmth to all audio material during the mastering stage."
Spectralived audio material is intended to sound more coherent on a wide selection of speakers in use today, and the developers indicate that it has been created for all game audio production requirements. The process is designed to improve dull and muddy sound effects or music, allowing the player to be better immersed in their gaming experience.
