Crisp Attributes Wave Of New Licensees To Social Gaming Boom

Crisp Thinking signed several major licensees like Ubisoft and Electronic Arts for its NetModerator community management platform, attributing the increase in demand for its services to the social game boom. The company's NetModerator solution is designed to enable companies to "profile, manage, and protect across both moderation and customer service functions from within one single system". It claims a 98.4 percent accuracy rating in detecting online predators and cyber bullies. Crisp has recently signed deals with publishers like Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, the LEGO Group, Kidzbop, Sweety High, Vizwoz, Bin Weevils, and WeeWorld. The firm says its increased client signings is a reflection of the rapidly growing popularity of social gaming and interaction online. The UK-based outfit, which says NetModerator can help companies save over 80 percent in moderation costs, also claims that publishers have turned to its platform after finding their own in-house systems reaching a "breaking point" and their moderation coasts soaring due to growing audiences. Crisp Thinking believes that the rapid rise of social gaming and its increasing role in daily life can create an opportunity for it to provide a useful service to its clients, says CEO Adam Hildreth:"More than 84 million young people around the world upload and download content every day," he points out. "Socializing via web and mobile technology is part of our daily routine - it's how we communicate," he continues. "... Just as we manage behavior offline, the companies that plan for success in the online space understand the need to manage behavior online. It's essential to ensure not only a safe customer experience but a good customer experience as well."
