In this extract, Rossignol describes what happens when fans go too far:
"'How terrifying are your fans?' It’s a question that games developers don’t ask each other enough (presumably because they think they know the answer already). In the latest round of this imaginary competition it seems as if Bungie are winning – with the chap who built a replica ‘needler’ gun from Halo, and then put it on eBay. A terrifying project, if ever there was one. Mind you, my cousin Colin was always a bit like one of those ‘lil scampering dudes from Halo, and that might just complete him…"
