This week's media consumption, a look at the media and art diets of our favorite industry personalities, speaks to Muzzy Lane Software programmer Matt Seegmiller. Seegmiller, a graduate from MIT, had a major programming role in serious game developer Muzzy Lane's first title, Making History: The Calm and the Storm, the educational, multiplayer strategy game centered around the events of World War II which is starting to be utilized in classroom environments nationwide. He is currently working on the next "content pack" in the series, which will cover events in North America between 1750 and 1870. Which Owen Wilson movie is Seegmiller's favorite? What does he think of the new Nine Inch Nails album? And why did it take him so long to play Katamari Damacy? All this and more in today's edition of Media Consumption (no registration required, please feel free to link to this column from external web sites).
