This week's Critical Reception takes a look at the From Software-developed and Sega-published
Chromehounds, a mech-combat simulation game for the Xbox 360 in the vein of
Armored Core and other notable Japanese mech titles.
While
Chromehounds scored a not-so-hot 69% average rating, according to GameRankings.com, the reviews ranged from a lowly 40% to an excellent 90%, making this one of the most wide-ranging titles of the year so far in terms of review variance.
