Coalescent Technologies Corporation has announced the first release of its low-cost, customizable training tool, which is called Deployable Infantry Simulation for Military Operations in Urban Terrain
), and was developed using GarageGames' Torque Engine.
is a fully interactive, three-dimensional training system providing a premium synthetic environment in which team members may practice small unit tactics while responding to changing training requirements and emerging missions. DISMOUT
can be used for mission rehearsal or to teach small unit doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for military, peace keeping, first response, hazardous material response, and numerous other operations.
The software includes numerous features, including support for network-based or client-based training, customized mission recording and after action review (AAR) options. DISMOUT
also features scripting capabilities, customizable A.I., and mission editing tools that include scenario creation control, as well as support for A.I. waypoints and triggers, scripting, and placeable objects such as structures, vehicles, and aircrafts.
