Gamasutra parent company CMP and Connection Events have announced that the second French Game Developers Conference will take place at the Coeur Défense in Paris June 23-24th, with a focus on "building great games both core and casual."
Connection Events and CMP, organisers of the much anticipated second Game Developers Conference (GDC) in France, announced today the conference will be held on June 23-24, at the Coeur Défense in Paris. The event, which expands on the success of the first GDC held in Lyon in December 2007 is set to welcome hundreds of game industry experts. The French GDC edition is an extension of the Game Developers Conference, the largest global event dedicated to game creation held in San Francisco each year. Paris GDC 08 will draw top developers from the European community and the rest of the world eager to learn, inspire, and network, and will present a comprehensive line-up of bilingual sessions in a full 2-day program.
