Capcom's Inafune And Suda51 To Speak At Nordic Game 2009

Capcom producer Keiji Inafune and Grasshopper Manufacture’s Goichi Suda will speak at Nordic Game 2009, joining other speakers from studios such as Media Molecule and Grin.
Capcom producer Keiji Inafune and Grasshopper Manufacture’s Goichi Suda (aka Suda51) have been announced as speakers at Nordic Game 2009. Inafune is the creator of Mega Man and has been a producer on a number of other key Capcom franchises, including Resident Evi, Onimusha, Dead Rising and Lost Planet. Inafune has been a driving force behind Capcom’s support of the Xbox 360 and creating more Western-friendly titles. Suda has been responsible for many critically acclaimed cult titles including Killer7 for Capcom, No More Heroes and the still Japanese-only Fatal Frame IV. Suda is also working with Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami on a still unrevealed 'action horror' title for Electronic Arts. "Having Keiji Inafune and Goichi Suda join Nordic Game this year highlights the strong and growing relationship between the Japanese and Nordic games communities and will offer attendees a unique opportunity to meet two of the most exciting game creators today," says Tom Felices, executive director of the event. Other speakers already announced for the event include Tom Edwards, Englobe (U.S.); Lars Gustavsson, EA DICE (Sweden); Ryan Schneider, Insomniac Games (U.S.); and unconfirmed speakers from Media Molecule (UK) and Grin (Sweden). The event is due to take place on May 19th to 20th in Malmo, Sweden. Further information can be found at the official website.
