Officials from Japanese publisher and developer Capcom have announced a new partnership with German company PAN Vision, which will become the exclusive publisher and distributor for all Capcom titles in Scandinavia and the Baltic states.
One of the leading publishers of video games, movies and IT products in Scandinavia, PAN Vision is owned by the Swedish Cooperative Union – a major player in the Nordic retail sector with over sixty consumer associations and 2.9 million members.
Capcom has gone to increasing lengths to appeal to Western markets in recent months, announcing a new French subsidiary
only last week. The company has also sought closer ties with European developers, with Swedish studio GRIN working on the new reboot of the Bionic Commando franchise
