AtOnce Technologies, a French-headquartered company specialized in video games middleware development, has announced the immediate availability of Neova CoreEngine, the new generation middleware solution.
According to the firm, Neova is the result of over two years of Research and Development, and includes open and modular architecture, high-end performance, careful attention to existing production flows, full user control, and dedicated customer support. Platforms for the engine were not initially specified.
A spokesperson for the company commented: "While game development process has completely changed in the past five years, the middleware offer relies on game engines. This creates a whole set of constraints on game developers. These archaic constraints have no more reason to live and it is Neova's purpose to bring more flexible solutions without any compromise on performance and robustness, along with optimal technical support."
AtOnce is a company that creates and distributes middleware products for video game development, and was formed in 2004 - Neova CoreEngine is the firm's debut product.
