now shipping its 3D Navigator, which is a full 6DOF magnetic tracking system designed for navigation in immersive environments for virtual prototyping, training, and interactive gaming.
Among the benefits of the 3D Navigator the company highlights are no permanent installation of overhead grids or cameras, easy setup, and the small footprint of the system.
The tracking system that participants wear on a belt pack is wireless, and features both a head tracker and a handheld navigation wand, called Wanda.
