Every week, sister iPhone site FingerGaming rounds up the top-grossing iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad applications, as current that day in the iTunes App Store, and this chart is now available on Gamasutra. This week's U.S. revenue charts see EA's Skate It and Gameloft's Zombie Infection debut in the iPhone charts, while Scrabble leads iPad game sales. These charts allow end users to see who is making the most money on the App Store that day. It differs significantly from the Top 10 Games chart, which is ranked by sales, and therefore is dominated by lower-priced titles that sell more copies. Data comes courtesy of Apple's public sales information. All titles in the App Store's "Games" category are considered in chart rankings. This week's top-grossing iPhone titles are: 1. Tetris ($4.99) Clickgamer's Angry Birds continues its month-long reign as the App Store's highest-grossing game app, as PopCap's Bejeweled 2 moves up to second place after taking fourth last week. Gameloft's Iron Man 2 drops to third place in today's results, but otherwise remains a strong seller. EA's skateboarding sim Skate It finishes its debut week at fifth place, while Gameloft's Zombie Infection enters the chart behind Doodle Jump and Words With Friends at ninth place. Gameloft's Brothers in Arms 2 enters the chart at sixth place, as the iPad version of EA's Need for Speed Shift sees a jump in popularity after dropping in price to $9.99. A recent content update puts Firemint's Flight Control HD at eighth place, while Laminar's X-Plane closes out today's results at tenth.
