Officials from Electronic Arts have announced an exclusive worldwide publishing agreement with start-up development studio, Castaway Entertainment. Based in Redwood City, California the independent game studio currently includes eight staffers who worked on the Diablo series for Blizzard. The team is currently working on an unnamed action RPG title. Ironically this is the second signing of a team made up of ex-Diablo team members in as many weeks, following last Thursday’s news that Namco had signed Flagship Studios. Source: Stockwatch
