The Tiger Woods Learning Center in Anaheim, California, announced the launch of a new Summer Academy program featuring digital art and video game design classes for students between the ages of 11 and 14.
The Tiger Woods Learning Center's Summer Academy is managed by a panel of year-round, full-time instructors, and offers week-long summer sessions focused on STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology and Math) or golf for beginners.
STEM Academy students will receive 15 hours of STEM instruction, along with three enrichment workshops over the course of the week.
Organizers note that STEM classes include Comparative Zoology, Resourceful Robotics, Velocity Vehicles and Video Game Design, while enrichment classes offer Digital Photography & Photoshop, Rocketry, Alternative Energy, Comparative Marine Life and Beginning Golf.
