Nintendo has updated its North American WiiWare shop with one new title, Mitchell’s
Magnetica Twist (pictured), and a content update for
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King. The company has also added Neo Geo fighting game
Fatal Fury 2 to its Virtual Console offerings.
Released on Japan’s WiiWare service (
Minna de Puzzloop) on April 22nd and on Europe’s (
Actionloop Twist) on June 6,
Magnetica Twist continues where Mitchell’s
Puzz Loop series and
Magnetica DS game left off. In the game’s five different modes, players twist the Wii Remote controller to aim their Mii-piloted marble launcher, shooting at and matching marbles with the army of marbles coming down the track.
Nintendo’s Virtual Console service now offers SNK’s 1992 Neo Geo fighting game,
Fatal Fury 2. In this second installment of the
Fatal Fury series, players can choose from eight selectable characters to fight their way through new stage-specific hazards. The game also adds an enhanced two-line battle system, which enables players to move and push opponents to separate planes, and desperation attacks, which allows characters to perform high-damage moves when their strength is low.
The two games are are available for download on North America's Wii Shopping Channel, priced at 1000 Wii Points ($10)
