Microsoft has revealed a new "Game of the Year" hardware bundle for the Xbox 360 Elite, containing free copies of 2007’s
Halo 3 and 2008’s
Fable II.
The new bundle will be available starting in May, for an unspecified limited time period. However, some retailers including Amazon are already advertising the bundle for delivery now.
The package will be sold at the usual $399 price for an Xbox 360 Elite console, containing the black console and controller, a 120GB hard drive, wireless controller, wired headset, HDMI cable and free Netflix trial.
According to a post on the official blog of Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb, the bundle will be
available in all regions where the Xbox 360 is currently sold, except for Europe.
