Nintendogs + Cats: the company's first ever spokesdog.
While "Uggie" isn't exactly a well-known name in the game industry, the Jack Russell terrier has starred in numerous commercials and movies over the last few years, including the 2011 film The Artist.
In the coming weeks, Uggie and owner Omar Von Muller will appear in a series of advertisements to spark interest in the
Nintendogs franchise, as well as the Pearl Pink 3DS handheld.
