Havok, a supplier of cross-platform middleware solutions for game developers, has been used in multiple Xbox 360 games, including Perfect Dark Zero and Condemned. Perfect Dark Zero, developed by Rare, is a first-person shooter for the Xbox 360. The main character, Joanna Dark, moves from Rooftop levels to subterranean levels fighting along side co-op partners and against multiple enemies in the singleplayer game. In multiplayer, up to 32 players can engage in death match and team death match scenarios. Havok’s rag dolls enable Rare to add real-life action to fighting scenes. Hovercrafts glide across bodies of water and jetpacks propel characters to various locations, making use of Havok's asynchronos queries for better performance. Condemned: Criminal Origins, developed by Monolith, has forensic scientist Ethan Thomas battling to clear his name in a murder investigation. Monolith had used Havok physics while developing the F.E.A.R. As with that game, the team used Havok's large amounts of dynamic debris, realistic characters, ease of integration and product stability. Other Xbox 360 releases, both currently released and still to come, that include Havok gameplay physics, include NBA Live 06, Amped 3, The Outfit, Saint’s Row, Ghost Recon3: Advanced War Fighter, and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
