Newsbrief: Following the news earlier this week that
Zynga is suing former studio GM Alan Patmore over alleged theft of trade secrets, a California Superior Court judge has granted the company a restraining order against the Kixeye exec.
As part of the order, Patmore has been told he must return all of Zynga's data that he currently holds, and divulge the names of everyone he disclosed Zynga's data to.
He must also contact online storage company Dropbox, and request that the company preserves his cloud storage account for Zynga's forensics team to check through. The forensics team has also been granted access to Patmore's personal computers and mobile devices.
