Newsbrief: Game development tools studio Unity Technologies
has opened up submissions for the Unity Awards 2012, as it looks to celebrate the best Unity-authored games released in the last year.
The awards ceremony, now in its fifth year, will be held during the Unite 12 conference in Amsterdam on August 23, with awards ranging from Best Technical Achievement to Best Student Project. Submissions are open until June 15.
Last year's awards saw developer Recoil take home two awards for its title
Rochard, while German publisher Bigpoint won the Community Choice award with
Battlestar Galactica Online.
