Newsbrief: The Uncharted series has surpassed 41 million sales worldwide since Naughty Dog launched the franchise with Drake's Fortune in November 2007.

Naughty Dog broke the news during a tenth anniversary panel at the recent PlayStation Experience event, with the studio confirming the series has sold 41.7 million units in just over a decade.

That sales figure presumably includes all four numbered entries, along with this year's standalone expansion Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, the remastered The Nathan Drake Collection, and Uncharted: The Golden Abyss for the PlayStation Vita.

The last main release, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, had sold 8.7 million copies globally as of December 21, 2016, and has likely shifted a few more in the year since.
