Gamasutra's weekly column, "Saling The World", covers the top five sellers for every available platform in the United States, Japan, and Europe, providing an important update of sales patterns worldwide. This week's charts, with data taken from November 17th, 2011, find Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim leading multiplatform sales stateside, while Super Mario 3D Land heads the portable charts worldwide. Data for "Saling The World" comes courtesy of the public sales information on Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, and Amazon.co.jp, with sales split out for each platform and territory, and pre-orders disregarded. The subtitled edition of Modern Warfare 3 heads the week's results in Japan, beating last week's sales leader Super Mario 3D Land and Sega's PSP rhythm title Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Extend.
