Rare today announced a series of new hirings for its Kinect Sports: Season Two team, including a new executive producer and a technical art director. Andrew Dennison, originally lead programmer at Codemasters, has been appointed as Rare's new software director, while former Ubisoft Reflections audio director Jon Vincent has now joined Rare under the same position. Peter Ridgway, who previously worked at both Codemasters and Sony Europe, has now been hired as Rare's technical art director. Finally, former Relentless Software studio manager Danny Isaac (pictured) is now Rare's executive producer. Isaac has also worked as head of development at EA Korea, and worked on the FIFA series at EA Canada. Craig Duncan, senior studio director at Rare, explained, "Everyone at Rare welcomes the skills and input of some of the industry's most exciting people as we boost an already strong talent base with these latest hires." "This is the latest step in Rare's continued evolution and we have plans to further augment our team over the coming months. As a first party Microsoft studio, our mission is to attract the brightest and best talent in the business; these four appointments demonstrate that we are well on our way to achieving this."
