PlayStation 4 will launch in select Asian markets in December

Newsbrief: Sony said today that the upcoming PlayStation 4 console will launch in select Asian markets, including Hong Kong and Singapore, in December 2013. The release window was announced as part of a PlayStation Asia TGS press conference. Notably, Sony has already announced previously that the console will not launch in Japan until February 2014. The company also noted that its PS Vita TV microconsole, coming to Japan in November, will launch in China and Korea in January 2014.
