Amidst its announcement of additional details on the upcoming Wii U today, Nintendo revealed a number of games for its existing platforms, including North American releases for a number of previously Japan-only titles. In addition to the five 3DS titles mentioned at Nintendo's press conference, the company also revealed The Rolling Western (pictured). A Japanese trailer for the game shows as an action adventure set in a desert environment and featuring a rolling armadillo protagonist. After last year's interlude for Wii Party, Nintendo will be bringing back the Mario Party franchise for a ninth entry announced today for the Wii. The company also announced the North American release of Fortune Street on the Wii, the first local release of the long-running Itadaki Street series of board games featuring Nintendo and Square Enix characters. Nintendo also confirmed North American release for a number of Japanese titles today, including Profesor Layton and the Last Specter, Super Fossil Fighters, and Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2. A pair of Kirby titles round out Nintendo's new game announcements today -- a confirmed North American release for the previously announced, code-named Kirby Wii title, and Nintendo DS title Kirby: Mass Attack.
