The mobile game developer Like a Boss Games has secured $1.6 million in additional funding, its second major investment since the company first opened its doors in 2015.
With the new funds in tow, the Swedish studio has now raised a grand total of $2.1 million from the likes of former King exec Fredrik Åhlberg, Almi Invest, and numerous private Nordic investors.
According to PocketGamer, the money gathered from this second round of investment will go to support the developer's inaugural release, due out in mid-2108, and the several multiplayer tiles the developer says it plans to release in the near future.
The studio itself is headed up by former EA, Viaplay, and Glorious Games developer Alex Aguilera and aims to create mobile games that combine competitive multiplayer experiences with notable sports brands.
